Upon acceptance of your property by our listing manger, we will
add your listing to our database, our web site, and distributed
it to our Rental Agents so they can immediately begin showing
your property.

giving our Listing Manager a key to your property you will
significantly decrease the amount of time it takes to provide you a
qualified
tenant. Please note that we reject about 20% of the listing
requests we receive, the overwhelming reason is poor property
condition.
Because we have gained a reputation for showing quality pre-inspected
apartments, we attract a large number of professionals, couples,
and middle class families. We take many steps to ensure that you
are renting to tenants of a trustworthy and reliable nature.
Thus,
we require a mandatory credit check for every person on the lease, the names and addresses of their last two landlords,
and verification of their current status of employment.
