We select
only quality properties to list in our database and reject approximately 20%
of the properties we inspect. Our steadfast
commitment is to provide our clients with only the best prospective homes
for viewing.
Depending upon market conditions, our fee which is equal to one months
rent can be negotiated between the tenant and the landlord. To
process your rental application we require a deposit (refundable)
equal to one months rent, the names and addresses of your last two landlords and of
your current employer. We also charge a $10 fee for a mandatory
credit check for every person on the lease, the results of which you
may view.
